Meet KAYCEE ROBINSON
I began my fitness journey at a young age, but it wasn’t until I was about 22 years old that I started to take it seriously. Around that time, I decided to make some significant lifestyle changes and fully immersed myself in bodybuilding. To be honest, this decision came as I was emerging from a dark and challenging period in my life. I knew I needed to make a change. What I really admired about bodybuilding was the high level of discipline it demanded. It gave me a sense of accomplishment and pride, feelings that were somewhat new to me. We all have our stories and our pasts. For me, fitness was the catalyst that helped me fall in love with life again and rewrite my story.
After my most recent competition, I decided to take a couple of years off from the stage. My goal was to focus on building my physique to stay competitive in my division and to also concentrate on business and personal goals outside of competing. A significant portion of my journey had been quite restrictive, and I was ready to rediscover balance in my health and fitness. During my break from competition, I traveled, bought and flipped a house, sold it, and then purchased my dream property and farm. Now, I’m gearing up to return to the stage in 2024! The past couple of years have been incredibly fulfilling, teaching me valuable lessons. It’s crucial to remember that life is meant to be enjoyed, and I’m thankful for the break I took. However, now I’m excited and prepared to dive back into the rigorous training and lifestyle that competition demands.
