Meet RACHEL O'KEEFFE

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, stemming from my 10+ years in competitive gymnastics. Unfortunately, an accident in the sport left me with a chronic lower back injury that forced me to step away from gymnastics. My identity was taken, and I was lost, until I found a new passion in strength training.

I originally started training years ago with the goal of being as physically small as I could. Now, I train to be stronger physically and mentally. I am currently training for my first full marathon! Along with running, I am also incorporating strength training and injury prevention exercises. I love learning about the body and bringing breakthroughs to my clients too.

Coaching Philosophy

As a coach, my aim is to educate my clients to move safely to prevent and stop recurring injuries. I want to share the knowledge I wish I had years ago that would have saved me a lot of time and pain! Another goal of mine is to teach you how to make this a long-term, enjoyable lifestyle. You can still live life, have fun, while creating healthy, sustainable habits!
